Localization manager

Warsaw, Limassol, Paphos Remote English Russian

We are looking for an experienced Localization Manager who will help us localize casual and hyper‑casual mobile games.

Responsibilities

Manage localization projects.

Communicate with stakeholders and prepare texts for localization to the languages supported in our games.

Translate in‑game text elements from English into Russian and vice versa.

Work with external localization vendors to obtain high‑quality translations of the in‑game text elements.

Monitor the quality of the translation, proofread texts (mostly English and Russian, knowledge of other languages will be a plus) before passing them over to the team of developers.

Keep localized versions consistent with design and user experience.

Manage style guides and other resources necessary for effective work.

Monitor project deadlines.

Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience as a Localization Manager or in a similar role within the gamedev or app development industry.

Advanced English and Russian.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Experience in collaborating with translators, proofreaders or external localization vendors.

Ability to clearly formulate detailed instructions.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in localized content.

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve localization issues.

Knowledge of other foreign languages is a big plus. Japanese, Korean or Chinese are a priority.
