From the first test, we involve five of our teams: publishing, marketing, analytics, technical support, and QA.
We provide financial support to teams and discuss investment opportunities.
We engage in the early stages of development. This approach increases our chances of enhancing the product and releasing a hit.
We readily share our expertise in production, marketing, and analytics. Plus, we boast the market's best playable ads team.
We power your A/B testing, LTV forecasts, and monetization strategies.
We partner with teams we believe in. Therefore, we trust you in making decisions.
We accept products at any stage of development, from early prototype and onwards. If your game catches our interest, we'll invite you for a call.
We introduce your IP to our company founders and producers. Our focus is on the team behind the project, so the greenlight is given to the studio rather than just the game. Here's what we look for in partners:
You integrate our SDK, and we conduct initial tests. If the results are promising, we sign a publishing contract, bring in our expert teams to support the development process, and move forward to soft launch.
With support from our producers, analysts, and marketing team, we refine the product for global release. We understand how crucial it is to give your all, so we're prepared to provide financial support throughout the process.
The sky's the limit. We support you throughout update development and live operations — and are open to discussing investments for team growth.
Black Deck Card Battle stood out with its highly engaging core gameplay, but the challenge was to build on this success while increasing monetization and long term retention. To achieve this, we expanded the gameplay and introduced new systems to keep players engaged and improve revenue.
To enrich the player experience, we added upgradable artifacts and a deep guild system featuring boss battles, a guild shop, resources exchange, and inter‑guild wars. These additions complemented the existing single‑player campaign, PvP arena, and dungeons. We also introduced LiveOps to keep the game dynamic, adding weekly tournaments and seasonal events. To ensure a balanced experience, we conducted multiple A/B tests to fine‑tune card power, abilities, dungeon difficulty, resource pricing, and rewards.
On the monetization side, we implemented several new features. A battle pass, growth fund, and progression offers were introduced to appeal to different player needs. We also improved the subscription model by increasing its value for players, which led to a twofold increase in subscription revenue. Additionally, we integrated ad‑based monetization.
We specialize in hybrid‑casual games, but we also publish casual and mid‑core projects.
Ideally, we prefer to get involved at the prototype stage to develop the project together. However, we accept games at any stage of development, from prototype to soft launch. Please send us a store link or a playable prototype.
Up to two weeks. During this time, we evaluate the game and decide whether to proceed with testing. A green light means we're ready to work on it.
We make this decision after successfully completing the first technical test. At this stage, we also discuss financial support.
We focus on the big picture rather than specific numbers. We value the team's expertise and their ability to take a game from prototype to global release more than individual metrics.
After the first test and contract signing, we're ready to discuss funding for further development.
Yes. For studios that have proven themselves, we're open to discussing investments for team growth and expansion.
We enter into contracts with studios when we believe in the people behind them. Therefore, we offer a high degree of autonomy and trust in processes and ideas. On our part, we provide expertise, propose hypotheses, and share tools and analytics. In essence, we strive to provide everything necessary for comfortable and effective work, allowing you to focus on what you love most — making games.
Thank you for participating! We will contact you soon. Looking forward to create great games together.
