As we actively evolve our game portfolio, we are on the lookout for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Lead Game Designer. This pivotal position will contribute to the ongoing success of the My Hotel project and influence the development of our new games. Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end creation, development, and iteration of casual and hybrid‑casual games.

Develop game prototypes, basic mechanics, and assess the viability of mechanics.

Analyze game statistics, make data‑driven decisions, and contribute to project metrics planning and analysis.

Create design documents, develop game events, and systematize game documentation.

Calculate game balance and contribute to monetization development.

Manage projects through every production stage, generating technical specifications for artists and programmers.

Ensure product quality at each pro.

Qualifications

Six or more years of experience in game design.

At least two released games.

High‑level expertise in monetizing casual projects.

Proven knowledge of balance in casual projects.

Proficiency in game engines, specifically Unity.

Good understanding of the gaming market and awareness of current gaming trends.

Experience with task trackers.

Strong team collaboration skills, open to feedback and criticism.

Fluent Russian is a must. English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and professional articles (a plus).

Ability to provide constructive feedback to a team or individual specialist.

Interest in global gaming trends.
